Every filmmakers dream... visualized.

Very cool casting of the body doubles and the voice actor for Arnold.

Fabio Zenoni, as the infatuated man, plays the part with comedic aplomb here. Zoe Felix for her part, maintains a composure even in the face of incompetence.

I think the actors really own this film, besides which the perfectly composed scenes highlight a symphonic imagery that I really liked.

I've always loved Saki's dark humor. I imagined it would be really hard to adapt his writings to film though.

This was actually quite well directed, despite a bit of rushing through the story.

I loved the scene where the foggy arrivals was interrupted with the flabbergasted expressions of the visitor and the niece.

The visitor's slow turn in body language from a man confident of having a good stay of rest and relaxation, through a nervous mess worried for the sanity of his host, straight to the terrified escape artist, he was very well cast for this particular role.

The narrative energizes the visuals to a significant level. Adding to this is the ticking percussion in the background which is so apt to engage the viewer with the sense of urgency that the film is talking about.

I thought the message sounded a little hyperbolic, nevertheless it had me pumped for the duration of the short. And of course you can't miss the fact that credits roll at 4:00.

Malls in the winter will never be the same for me.

The tension built up throughout the opening sequences were excellent for the later tone of the film.

The entire film showed beautiful cinematography, with a stunning use of shadows and deep focus compositions.

I also thought the monochrome was much richer than you usually see when new films attempt to recreate the desaturation in post-production.

I loved the humor as well - darkly wry.

The soundtrack and cinematography is starkly beautiful!

Quite philosophical. I liked the switching music between the two scenes.
