Anand provides overall strategic business leadership for Indee.tv. He previously co-founded and built Aeroprise Inc. and grew the company into the most-deployed mobility tool worldwide for service management. Customers include I.B.M., U.S. Air Force, and Harvard University. A recipient of the 2004 MIT Global Technovators award, he is a guest lecturer for entrepreneurship at Stanford University. Anand’s entrepreneurial efforts have been covered by Business Week, Economic Times, and CNBC Asia. He also produces films which have been showcased at Sundance.

Carmel is largely responsible for developing and maintaining the Indee.tv site. Having recently graduated with honors from the University of San Francisco, she's had some programming experience as an intern, but is now enjoying the real creative freedom and responsibility of working with a very small team for the first time. When she's not at work she's usually busy expressing her inner geek by playing video games or watching Joss Whedon TV shows.

Vignesh provides technology and engineering leadership for Indee.tv. A graduate from Carnegie Mellon University, he spent 4 years at General Motors Research in Bangalore India building tools and methods for software development, deployment and testing. With proven leadership skills in taking a product from concept to deployment, he also initiated and took the lead on several vendor and contract relationships for engineering support. He currently lives in Chennai, India and in his spare time, provides IT support to his wife's clothing company.

Sharan provides leadership for product development and filmmaker adoption. He brings a diverse, well-rounded experience from Sify Corp, where he developed web marketing strategies for clients such as Sony Pictures, MTV and ESPN; has helped with the management of the family enterprise of operating movie theatres; and recently as a Consultant with Deloitte & Touche LLP he managed royalty relationships with Microsoft and Disney.
